Shipping
The transport of the purchased items will be done through a courier company.
The delivery time will generally be a maximum of 5 working days. These times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the delivery area. Likewise, in exceptional circumstances, this period may be altered due to extraordinary incidents with the carrier or difficulties in the delivery of the goods. In these cases, the delivery time may be up to 10 working days.
In order to avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly.
Jardín de Tramas’ responsibility is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,…) In these cases, the orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the above mentioned deadlines will not apply.
Delivery times depend on the time taken to process the order and the shipment, and may vary depending on the distribution network provided by the transport agencies in each region. At the time of delivery, the Customer shall not be required to make any payment.
Under normal conditions, an order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the first working day thereafter.
Jardín de Tramas does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of possible delays in delivery. Our carriers try to deliver to the address provided by the client, during working hours. It is the client’s responsibility to be present at the delivery address provided.
If the recipient cannot be located in the place indicated in the order, the transport agency leaves a note of warning with a telephone number so that it can specify the exact date, time and place of the second delivery attempt and, if this is not possible, it will be made the following working day. If delivery is not achieved after this, the carrier will return the package to the origin, and Jardín de Tramas will refund the amount of the order, deducting the costs associated with the return.
Refunds
We offer the possibility of returning the product as long as it is returned in the same condition as sold. The return will be made within 14 days (from the day after receipt). The refund is only offered if the Products have not been used and are returned in their original condition, without breakage, stains or any other damage caused after shipment.
Once you decide to return the Products for whatever reason, they must remain unused and be handled with the utmost care while in your possession. The Products must be returned intact, without damage, in their original packaging and as soon as possible. We will not accept the return of an item if there are indications that these instructions have not been respected.
Refund procedure
Returning your product is easy:
Send an email within the return period to info@jardindetramas.com indicating the product, date of purchase and contact details. You will be sent the details for the return according to your location. Upon receipt of the product in its original condition, you will be reimbursed within 7 calendar days.
Note: The article will be under your responsibility until we have received and accepted it. We recommend that you send the package via a courier company that will insure the value of the goods. The cost of sending the return will be at your expense, except in cases where the goods are defective and we have confirmed this from Jardín de Tramas previously.
Defective or incorrect goods and refunds
If the item you have received is defective or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service at info@jardindetramas.com
Please note that handcrafted products may contain small imperfections that are specific to the product and are not considered return defects. Be sure to indicate the order reference number, your name and address, contact telephone number and product details, as well as the reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund or replacement of the item.
When you make a refund, the procedure for requesting a refund is as follows:
Once the request has been received and the product has been returned, it will be examined. If it complies with the conditions of time and condition of the product, the refund will be made within 7 calendar days. The refund of the amount paid for the product is carried out by the same method that you used to make the purchase.
